Contact support ​

We're happy to help.

  1. Email: write to the support address on the website, or use Help, then Contact support in the app. Say which reel and browser you're using, and add a screenshot if you can.
  2. Send feedback: in the app, click Send feedback in the sidebar to send an idea or report a problem.
  3. Community: use Join the community in the app's sidebar to ask other ByteMorph users and share your reels.

Tips ​

  • Check Troubleshooting first: most fixes take a minute.
  • For billing questions, include the email address on your Paddle receipt.
