Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It can't be undone.

Steps

1. If you have a subscription, cancel it first in Settings, then Plan.
2. Download any videos you want to keep: export them from the editor.
3. Open Settings, then Profile, and click Delete account.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account details, reels, brand kits and uploaded files.
• Records we must keep by law, like billing records, are kept. Paddle also keeps its own payment records.

Deleting a single reel

Delete a reel from the ... menu on its card. Deleted reels stay in the trash for 30 days, then they are removed with the files only they used.
